    So far, so good

Gateway has worked flawlessly for a couple of weeks now. Allows the Shelly Bluetooth devices to populate data into my MQTT broker for further use in my home automation system.

UPDATE: Quite Happy (Original Title: Pretty disappointed)

    Update:

After working with Florian and applying a couple firmware updates everything is working as I had hoped it would. The boot looping has been corrected and the device is very stable now. The Blind Tilts are seen and with the latest dev branch the ability to control them works.

I wanted to update my review to show the fast progress and response, and I want to leave the original text to show the context of the changes. It's not often small shops selling niche products like this are able to respond to issues as I've experienced here and I hope others interested in this product see this and will see that if they do have issues, at least a genuine attempt to correct them will be made if not a full solution provided.

Original rating was 2 stars, this was my text:

I intended to keep trying to find a way to make this work, but it's not working as I'd hoped.

Biggest problem is it works for a couple hours then goes into some sort of boot loop. I've reset a couple times, just let it sit, and it dies.

Even when it is working, it's not seeing my SwitchBot Blind Tilts, which was the whole point for me.

Like I said, I intend to keep trying to get this work at some level but have low expectations.

Also, the box has a QR code and a written out link for the manual. It's wrong.

Thank you for updating the review and sharing your experience! I'm glad to hear that the firmware updates resolved the issues.
I also want to express my gratitude for supporting open source development with your purchase and feedback. Your input helps us improve and benefits other users as well.
If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out.

Great bluetooth bridge for Home Assistant

I needed a bluetooth bridge for Home Assistant which I could place closer to the car than my HA server. This device worked like a charm.

The only thing I wish is that it had PoE so that I could run just one cable to the device. (you can have just one cable, but that would be USB-C as power supply and then use WiFi instead of the Ethernet port, but I like cable Ethernet for its reliability)
